Terms of service
These terms govern your use of follownow.io("FollowNow", "we", "us"). By placing an order or using our tools, you agree to them.
1. What we sell
FollowNow sells social-growth services across 13 platforms (Instagram, X, TikTok, YouTube, Kick, Twitch, Telegram, CoinMarketCap, Facebook, LinkedIn, Threads, Spotify, Reddit). We act as a reseller of underlying provider services. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, X Corp, Amazon Twitch, Stake.com (Kick), Telegram, CoinMarketCap, LinkedIn, Spotify, or Reddit. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. You must own the account, post, or token you are providing as the delivery target — or be authorized to manage it.
3. Orders & delivery
Each tier has a published delivery SLA on the product page (Standard 2-24h, Premium 1-12h, Elite instant). Delivery starts after payment confirmation. We display live progress on your tracking page.
We do not require, store, or process your account password. You only provide your public username or post URL. Anyone asking for your password is a phishing attempt.
4. Auto-refill SLA
If your delivered units drop within your tier's SLA window (Standard 30 days / Premium 90 days / Elite 365 days), our monitor automatically refills the loss at no charge. Outside the SLA window, we offer a 50% refill coupon as a courtesy.
5. Refund policy
See our full refund policy. Summary:
- 14-day money-back, no questions asked, full refund within 24h of email request.
- Auto-refund on undelivered orders after 72h.
- Pro-rata refund on partial deliveries.
6. Prohibited use
You may not use FollowNow services for:
- Accounts or content engaged in illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, or fraud.
- Attempts to impersonate other users or brands.
- Bot, scraper, or automated abuse of our website or APIs.
- Resale or repackaging of our services without a partnership agreement.
7. Liability
FollowNow is provided "as is" without warranty of platform behavior. Social platforms may change their algorithms, cleanup cycles, or policies at any time, and that may affect long-term retention beyond the SLA.
Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the trailing 12 months. We are not liable for consequential or indirect damages.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced via email to your order email and posted on this page. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
