Privacy policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. Compliant with GDPR (EU/UK) and CCPA (California).

What we collect

• Order data: email, public username/URL you provide, payment info (handled by Stripe — we never see card numbers).
• Usage data: page visits, clicks, device type via PostHog (anonymized) and Google Analytics 4 (server-side, IP-anonymized).
• Support communication: emails, chat transcripts via Crisp.

We do not collect: passwords (we never ask), social-account access tokens, biometric data, location beyond country.

Why we collect it

• To deliver your order (the username/URL is the delivery target).
• To send order confirmations + delivery updates (transactional email via Resend).
• To improve the product (anonymized analytics).
• To prevent fraud (Stripe Radar + our own fraud-flag system).

Data sharing

We never sell your data. We share with these processors only as needed:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• NowPayments — crypto payment processing (only if you choose crypto).
• Delivery network providers — third-party social-growth providers we route orders to (they receive only your username/URL + quantity, never your email or payment details).
• Supabase — order database (EU-hosted).
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• PostHog / GA4 — anonymized analytics.
• Crisp — live chat support.

Data retention

• Order records: 7 years (financial-records legal requirement).
• Email + support communication: 2 years from last contact.
• Analytics: 14 months (GA4 default, PostHog 90 days).

Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

• Access: request a copy of all data we have about you.
• Erasure: request deletion (subject to financial-records exceptions).
• Portability: receive your data in JSON.
• Objection: opt out of analytics via the cookie banner anytime.
• Complaint: file with your local data-protection authority.

Cookies

See our cookie policy. Short version: we use essential cookies (session) by default, and optional analytics + marketing cookies only after your consent.

Changes

Material changes are emailed to known users. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change.
