Refund policy
Most growth-services sites bury their refund policy. Ours is short, prominent, and honored within 24 hours. We publish quarterly stats (refunds count, response time, dispute rate) at /service-status.
14-day money-back guarantee
Within 14 days of order placement, you can request a full refund for any reason. No questions, no forms. Email refunds@follownow.io with your order ID. We refund within 24 hours.
Auto-refund triggers (no email needed)
- 72-hour delay: If delivery hasn't started within 72 hours of payment, you receive an automatic full refund.
- Account-private mid-delivery: If your account goes private and we can't deliver the remaining quantity, you receive a pro-rata refund for undelivered units.
- Provider failure: If our underlying provider can't fulfill (very rare), you receive a full refund.
Auto-refill (not refund)
If your delivered units drop within your tier's SLA window, we auto-refill instead of refunding. Refill is faster than a refund-and-rebuy cycle, so we default to that. You can switch this off in settings.
- Standard tier: 30-day refill SLA.
- Premium tier: 90-day refill SLA.
- Elite tier: 365-day refill SLA.
Outside the SLA
If your delivery drops outside the SLA window, we offer a 50% refill coupon as a courtesy. It's not a refund, it's a discount on a new order.
What we don't refund
- Orders past 14 days where delivery completed and SLA was honored.
- Orders cancelled by social platforms due to your account's Terms-of-Service violations (e.g. account suspended for spam).
- Orders disputed via chargeback after we've already issued a manual refund (we don't double-refund).
Chargebacks
We'd rather refund you directly than receive a chargeback. Email us first, please. Customers who chargeback without contacting us are added to our internal fraud-list and cannot order again.
How to request a refund

- Include your order ID (visible on your tracking page or order confirmation email)
- Briefly note the reason (optional but helpful)
- We respond and process within 24 hours, banking timeline 3-7 business days
Quarterly transparency
We publish refund statistics every quarter at /service-status: total refund count, dollar amount, response time, dispute rate. No other site in our category does this.
