2. No platform-outcome guarantee

Platforms decide, at their sole discretion and without notice, what to display, count, surface, recommend, demote, or remove. FollowNow has no influence over any of those decisions. We do not guarantee:

• Long-term retention of delivered units beyond the published auto-refill SLA window.
• Reach, impressions, recommendation slots, or For-You-Page surfacing.
• Monetisation eligibility under any platform program, including but not limited to YouTube Partner Program, TikTok Creator Rewards or Creator Fund, Twitch Affiliate or Partner, Meta monetisation programs (Reels Play, Stars, Subscriptions, Branded Content), X Creator Revenue Sharing, Snapchat Stars, Pinterest Creator Rewards, or LinkedIn Creator Accelerator.
• Verification badge issuance, account-status changes, or unbanning outcomes.
• Specific engagement-rate impacts, conversion outcomes, or revenue outcomes.

Your sole contractual remedies are the auto-refill, drop-replacement, and refund mechanisms set out in our Terms of Service and refund policy. These do not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection, payment, or data-protection law.

3. Service refusal

We may refuse, suspend, or cancel orders where we reasonably determine the requested use is unlawful, unauthorised, deceptive, manipulative, market- manipulative, prohibited by applicable platform rules, or otherwise contrary to the prohibited-use clause of our Terms.

4. Results vary

Average delivery times, retention percentages, and growth trajectories shown on our Site reflect historical aggregate data from completed orders. Your specific results depend on factors outside our control, including your account, content, niche, posting cadence, region, and platform algorithm changes. Historical averages are not a projection or promise of your individual outcome.

5. Tools accuracy

Our free tools (engagement-rate calculator, FYP score, CPM calculator, and others) use industry-median data adjusted for niche and geography. Outputs are directional estimates, not precise predictions. Actual numbers commonly vary by 30-50% from tool estimates.

Our public tools do not require any third-party account connection. They compute against numbers you enter or against publicly visible profile data. We do not request OAuth tokens, passwords, or platform-access credentials. Where a future tool would require account connection, a separate privacy notice will be shown before any connection is made.
