Terms of service
These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are the binding terms for orders placed on FollowNow.io on or after 25 May 2026. They govern your access to and use of the Site and the visibility services provided through it (the “Services”). By placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Any later change applies only to future orders unless applicable law allows otherwise or you expressly agree. No change will reduce statutory consumer rights for an order already placed.

2. What FollowNow is — and what it is not
FollowNow is a paid metric-delivery service for public profiles and content on third-party social platforms. We deliver follower counts, likes, views, watch hours, members, comments, reactions, and similar metric units that the relevant platform exposes through its public counters, by routing your order through upstream delivery networks.
FollowNow is not:
- An advertising or paid-promotion service operated by a social platform.
- An agent, partner, or representative of any social platform.
- A guarantor of any platform-side outcome (including account status, follower retention, reach, impressions, engagement, monetisation eligibility, verification, ranking, recommendation, or algorithmic surfacing).
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Meta Platforms, Inc. (Instagram, Facebook, Threads), TikTok, Inc., Google LLC (YouTube), X Corp (Twitter), Amazon (Twitch), Easygo Entertainment / Stake.com Group (Kick), Telegram FZ-LLC, CoinMarketCap (Binance Holdings), LinkedIn Corporation, Spotify AB, Reddit, Inc., Snap, Inc. (Snapchat), or Pinterest, Inc. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are referenced solely to identify the platforms to which we deliver metric units.
3. Eligibility
To use the Services you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By placing an order you represent and warrant that either (a) you are the owner of the target account, post, or token, or (b) you are duly authorised by its owner to manage it for the purpose of the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with the rules of the relevant platform.
4. Orders, pricing and delivery
Prices are displayed in your selected currency on the product page and confirmed before payment. The price you confirm at checkout is the price you pay. Optional delivery-pacing presets are customer-selectable and affect the rate at which metric units are delivered.
Each tier has a published delivery SLA on the product page:
- Standard — delivery starts within 2–24 hours.
- Premium — delivery starts within 1–12 hours.
- Elite — instant start where the routed supplier supports it.
Delivery starts after payment confirmation and is monitored on your tracking page. We do not require, store, or process the password of any third-party account; we only need the public username, URL, or post identifier you provide. Any party asking for your password under the FollowNow name is a phishing attempt.
5. No-guarantee schedule
Platforms decide, at their sole discretion and without notice, what content and engagement signals to display, count, surface, or remove. We have no influence over those decisions. Accordingly, FollowNow makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding any of the following:
- Long-term retention of delivered units beyond the auto-refill SLA window.
- Reach, impressions, or algorithmic distribution of your content.
- Monetisation eligibility (including YouTube Partner Program, TikTok Creator Rewards, Twitch Affiliate or Partner, Meta monetisation programs, X Creator Revenue Sharing).
- Account status, including suspension, restriction, shadow-banning, or removal decisions by the platform.
- Verification, badge issuance, or ranking outcomes.
- Specific engagement-rate, follow-back, or conversion outcomes.
6. Drop-replacement SLA, withdrawal, refunds
Detailed refund and withdrawal mechanics live in our refund policy. Summary:
- Where the routed supplier service supports automated refill, drops within your tier's SLA window (Standard 30 days, Premium 90 days, Elite 365 days) are replaced at no charge.
- For services without automated refill capability, request a manual replacement by emailing contact@follownow.io with your order ID inside the same SLA window.
- EU and UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under CRD Article 9. If you request immediate performance at checkout, withdrawal during performance results in a refund of the total price minus a proportionate amount for the part of the service performed before withdrawal. If performance is fully completed with your express prior request and acknowledgement, the right of withdrawal is lost (CRD Article 16(a)).
- Service-failure on our side (we did not deliver, supplier failed) is refunded in full regardless of timing.
The remedies in this section are contractual service remedies. They do not limit any non-waivable rights you have under applicable consumer-protection, payment, data-protection, or unfair-commercial-practices law.
7. Prohibited use
You may not use the Services to:
- Promote accounts or content engaged in illegal activity, hate speech, harassment, defamation, terrorism, child sexual abuse material, non-consensual intimate imagery, fraud, scams, or any conduct prohibited by applicable law.
- Impersonate any individual, brand, public figure, or platform.
- Bot, scrape, reverse-engineer, or automate access to the Site or our APIs beyond the rate limits we publish.
- Resell, rebrand, or repackage the Services without a written reseller agreement.
- Provide a target account that you do not own or are not duly authorised to manage.
- Engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour as defined by the relevant platform, vote rigging, electoral or market manipulation, fake-review activity, or any conduct that would breach the rules of the relevant platform.
We may refuse, suspend, or terminate Services where we reasonably determine the requested use is unlawful, unauthorised, deceptive, manipulative, or prohibited by applicable platform rules. Where we refuse, suspend, or cancel an order for these reasons, we issue a refund for the undelivered portion of the order; previously delivered portions are non-refundable. If the order has not yet been charged, no charge is made.
8. Intellectual property
The Site, its source code, design, copy, brand marks, and proprietary tooling are owned by FollowNow or licensed to us. You receive no licence to FollowNow intellectual property by ordering Services, beyond the personal, non-transferable right to view this Site. Third-party brand marks referenced on the Site remain the property of their owners and are used only for identification under nominative-fair-use principles.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind beyond those that cannot be excluded by mandatory law.
- FollowNow's total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Services shall not exceed the greater of: (i) the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months preceding the event, or (ii) the minimum amount required by mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of habitual residence.
- FollowNow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, except where such exclusion is prohibited by applicable law.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct, fraud, death, personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including statutory consumer remedies, data-protection breach claims, and mandatory unfair-commercial-practices claims.
10. Force majeure
Where performance is materially delayed or made impossible by events outside our reasonable control — for example significant platform-policy changes, API access revocation, prolonged supplier-network outage, prolonged payment-processor outage, sanctions events, regulatory action, cyber-attacks, or natural disasters — we will offer, depending on order status: a replacement, re-routing, pro-rata refund, full refund for non-performance, or cancellation. We remain responsible for risks within our reasonable control or that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
11. Indemnification (business customers)
If you order on behalf of a business or commercial entity, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless FollowNow, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from third-party claims caused by your unlawful use of the Services, your provision of an unauthorised target, or your breach of these Terms. This indemnification does not apply to consumers except to the extent permitted by mandatory law, and it does not cover claims caused by our own acts, omissions, misleading statements, or unlawful service design.
12. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Site or any Service, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe the suspension is necessary to protect the Site, other users, third-party platforms, our infrastructure, or to comply with law; or where you have breached these Terms. Termination does not relieve you of obligations accrued before termination and does not affect any rights or refunds that have already become payable under these Terms or mandatory law.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Dubai Silicon Oasis (DSO), Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority (DIEZ), Dubai, United Arab Emirates, except that consumers retain the protection of the mandatory consumer-protection laws and the court rights of their country of habitual residence (including under Rome I Regulation Article 6 and Brussels I bis Regulation Articles 17-19 where applicable in the EU/EEA).
EU consumers may contact their national consumer-protection authority or the European Consumer Centre network (ECC-Net). The EU's ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228; we therefore no longer reference it as an active route. We respond to good-faith complaints within 30 days.
14. Sanctions and restricted jurisdictions
We do not provide Services where doing so would violate EU, UK, US, or UAE sanctions or export-control law. We screen orders against applicable sanctions lists and may refuse, suspend, or cancel orders for sanctions reasons without further explanation.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable while preserving its purpose.
16. Changes to these Terms
Material changes will be announced via email to the address on your most recent order and posted to this page. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Services after a material change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms for future orders.
