Trust earned by what we verify - not by reviews that don't exist yet
We'll publish real Trustpilot reviews after we've served real orders. Until then, here's the actual operational mechanism - what we check, what we promise, and what we explicitly don't.
Before any order saves
We verify the public target
Account targets get a public-profile lookup; content URLs get an OG-cross-check. Nonexistent handles and placeholder shortcodes fail the validator before they can reach checkout.
Before any payment
You confirm the exact target
After the lookup, the buy flow shows the resolved profile (name, avatar, follower count) so you confirm the exact target on screen. Editing the handle re-runs the check, and two explicit confirmations are required before any charge.
After an order ships
Live order tracking on one URL
Each order has a public tracking page that auto-refreshes every 30 seconds. Status timeline: created → paid → routed → delivering → delivered (or partial / failed). No supplier IDs leak to the customer view.
Where the routed service supports it
Refill is capability-driven
Whether refill is automated, manual on request, or not offered depends on the routed supplier and the tier you picked. The buy page shows which mode applies before you commit - no blanket auto-refill promise.
What we don't promise
No platform-eligibility or monetisation claim
Twitch Affiliate, YouTube Partner Program, TikTok monetisation, Spotify payout - all decided by the platform on its own review. Purchased growth helps with visibility, never with eligibility.
Payments
Pay with crypto
Payment is settled in cryptocurrency. You choose the coin and network on the payment page once you continue. Everything is quoted and charged in USD.
